If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible The small print In order for us to give you the best service and be on time, we ask customers to be ready on time or a few minutes before and to look out for the taxi if possible. We will knock on the door and wait for a reasonable period before leaving if there is no response. By making sure you're on time we can be on time for the next customers. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control may delay us, please bear with us at this point and know that we will be doing the utmost to reach you. Drivers can often be in radio range and the controller can check for you and give you an updated time. Pre-paid taxis that are cancelled are subject to a 10% management fee We accept no responsibility for items left in the vehicle after hire as although regular checks are carried out for lost property, we cannot control the actions of the next occupants. Customers who are excessively rowdy or abusive or in any way hinder the driver's ability to concentrate will be asked to pay the fare on the meter and vacate the taxi. If you are feeling unwell please tell the driver who will pull over; there is a soiling charge of £100 for customers who soil the taxi. Our fares run on a meter based system which is independently set by the council; and cannot be changed by the driver. A copy of the fare breakdown is available in each car.
